The municipality will conduct the 2009 Shootfest co-sponsored by no other than the Hon. Elias C. Bulut Jr., this activity entails special skills in shooting and gun-handling which will draw attention from the viewing public, not only for excitement but to promote and campaign for responsible gun ownership and handling.
